Ontario East Triangle Court is a non-profit corporation providing low rental senior housing in a two-storey, 22 unit complex located in scenic Frankford, Ontario. Each unit consists of one bedroom, and applicants for residency must be at least 65 years of age.

The Seniors Retirement Residence features newly updated apartments with on-site security, laundry facilities, and a common room for parties and meetings.

Available outdoor facilities and activities include a screened-in gazebo, walking trails, small garden plots, and 6 acres of property to peruse.

Within Frankford, residents and their guests can enjoy surrounding amenities such as, golf courses, family parks on the Trent waterway, swimming beaches and playgrounds, a variety of local restaurants, social and service clubs including the Lions and the Royal Canadian Legion, as well as health services offered by local optometrists and dentists.

Public transportation to and from the residence is available through Quinte Transit at regular intervals.
